This workbook has four tabs. The first two tabs are the best excel project trackers you will ever find, in my opinion. It took 10+ years for these to get fine tuned over hundreds of various projects. The first tab is great for annual projects. The second tab is a compact version of the first. The last two tabs are boards inspired by sticky note walls I would build. Moving to excel allowed the teams I was on to share the work that was usually up on the wall and eventually torn down. This way we could memorialize our work and share internally and with anyone we had to collaborate with.
